This supplier does not usually accept a lot of the home entertainment, video games, and unopened software back. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to Diamond.
*Note: Refused shipments or Orders that are returned to Diamond with out an RMA number on the package could take longer to get a credit . Diamond could also refuse returns that do not have an RMA number and in that case it would be returned to sender(end customer). If you would like to get a credit please request an RMA number before sending the package back.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
**This supplier does not reimburse for return shipping, no matter the reason (mis-shipment, defective, etc.). No call tags/return labels will be issued. The end buyer/member will be responsible for shipping back to the supplier.**
The following are Diamond Return Shipment Policies:
All Returns require the serial number off the item for processing.
o Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
o All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
o The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
o Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
o Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
o If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
o Diamond must be contacted when a tracking number is showing as info received. They then have to issue a tracer with the shipping carrier and wait up to 8 business days for a response before credit can be issued or a new item can be shipped. This is not a Doba policy, but this is a supplier policy we do have to enforce.
o Diamond will not accept discontinued products back. You must re-sell or contact the manufacturer.
Supplier Diamond DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
1. Note any damages on the receipt.
2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Diamond for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Diamond for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the co-signee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.
K2 Mounts: Cannot be returned
Kodak: The supplier is no longer carrying this brand. They cannot accept returns for these products under no circumstance. You must contact Kodak directly at 800-235-6325.
XBox: No returns on X-box products. Must contact the manufacturer.
PlayStation: PlayStation Consoles - Supplier Diamond tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 30 days from original Supplier Diamond invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Reseller will be billed for missing parts. Software and accessories are non-returnable. You must contact the manufacturer.
Nintendo: Nintendo Consoles - Supplier Diamond tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 30 days from original Supplier Diamond invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing. Reseller will be billed for missing parts. Software and accessories are not returnable. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
JVC: No returns. Authorized service center repair only (800-537-5722).
Panasonic CE: No returns for credit on video, DVD, portable DVD, LCD, plasma, color television, fax or camcorders. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-222-4213)
Philips: All TV, TV/VCR, and Pronto Remote Control product are Factory Warranty only and cannot be returned to Supplier Diamond. See complete Philips guidelines here.
Philips End-User Return Policy: Philips DVD, DVD/VCR combo and VCR units have a 90-day OTC exchange warranty for defective units. After 90 days through 1 year, an exchange can be made through Philips for a nominal fee.
Samsung: Samsung will only accept product returns due to the inability of Samsung to service the product on a timely basis. You must call Samsung for all returns at 1-800-SAM-SUNG.
Sony: Sony does not accept returns.
Toshiba: No returns for credit for TV, LCD TV, Plasma, DVD, portable DVD, VCR, DVD Recorders, Home Theater in a box, TV/VCR or TV/DVD. Authorized customer service center for repair only. (800-631-3811)
Coby Electronics: Supplier is not able to accept items from this manufacturer back. You must go directly to the manufacturer and have your item returned.
Consumables: This supplier cannot take back consumables, ie paper, ink, software, cd/dvd disks, etc. If the item is sent back the supplier may refuse the package, especially if opened.
Asus: The supplier cannot accept Asus products back, you must contact the manufacturer at 888-678-3688.
Acer: Supplier can only accept defective products for this manufacturer. You may need to call the manufacturer directly depending on the sitaution.
Elitescreens: Unfortunately, Supplier cannot accept returns for this brand. Please contact manufacturer directly.
Hideki Electronics: Must contact the manufacturer. 30 day warranty.
Refrigerator/ Wine Coolers/Freezers: Supplier cannot accept these back. You must file a damage claim with the shipper if damaged or contact the manufacturer if defective.
