Request an RA number within 90 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have an RA number or the package will be refused. Please include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization form with the package. Items must be in new condition in the original box and must include the packaging, warranty card, manual and accessories.

All defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
