Most of our products carry our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Realize that "Packs N' Bags" has multiple suppliers. Each supplier has their own return policy. Each item has a description of the return policy on a link, at the bottom of it's description.  Items' will usually ship within 3-5 business days.  There are times that an item may be back-ordered at the time of purchase, although rare, you will receive a notification to the E-Mail given to us at the time of checkout.  If you are returning an item for any reason PLEASE review the return policy link on your items' description page.  Shipping will not be refunded. GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Your order on your card/bank statement will show as PAYPAL *MLUENTERPRI.

Shipping charges are as followed:

$0.01-$150.00 will be charged $10.00 for shipping,

$150.01-$499.99 will be charged $15.00 for shipping,

$500.00 and up will be charged $25.00 for shipping.
